This hotel boasts a fantastic location with numerous dining options just a short walk away. Additionally, I enjoyed the outdoor comfort for smokers—a rare find!

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was lacking, leading to disturbances from neighboring guests that disrupted sleep quality.

Unfortunately, we faced several issues during our stay. Our room was next to the laundry room, resulting in considerable noise. While the rooms were updated, the noise made it hard to rest. I believe better soundproofing could significantly improve the experience.

The warm indoor pool was delightful, but the mini fridge was frozen shut.

best western plus provides a great stay with super friendly staff who are always smiling and ready to help. the hot breakfast was wonderful, and the large breakfast area was clean. it's a good location, close to many popular restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite nearby.

The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff was particularly friendly, making for a warm atmosphere. However, the moldy smell on the third floor and in the first room we checked into was concerning, leading to health issues for my daughter. We moved to a second room, but it was not much better. While the location and the front desk team were promising, maintenance clearly needs attention for a better overall experience.

the staff were incredibly friendly, the lobby was gorgeous, and having the mall at barns crossing just over a mile away made for easy shopping during my stay. Many dining options like chili's just around the corner for a quick bite. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfortable room that felt like a welcome respite after my city strolls through the local parks and landmarks.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with free parking and an additional friendly staff member who attended to the breakfast area and ensured we had everything we needed for a great start to our day.

Best Western Plus provided a comfortable stay with clean, well-appointed rooms and a friendly staff. The location is excellent, being close to various dining options, which made it convenient for meals. I particularly enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the complimentary breakfast that included a nice variety of options.

The noise from adjacent rooms and hallways was disruptive at times.
